Located in the mountains, the hotel offers breathtaking views from some of the premium rooms. Guests have praised the hotel staff for being polite and helpful and enjoyed the food quality at the onsite restaurant.
Some guests have reported issues like small rooms, low ceiling, and suffocating smoke in the rooms.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring my early check-in was hassle-free. Secondly, the rooms had a vintage look with wooden panels in the ceiling, giving them a cozy and homely feel. Additionally, the hotel's location provided an excellent view of the stunning Dhauladhar range.
No major issues; everything was satisfactory.

I absolutely loved the vintage look of the rooms at Alpine Villa Mcleodganj. The wooden panels on the ceiling added a charming touch. The four-poster beds with curtains were incredibly comfortable, and the cleanliness of the laundry, bed sheets, and pillows was top-notch. The location of the hotel was serene, offering an excellent view of the Dhauladhar range. The food was delicious and the availability of hot water was a plus. The room service was prompt and efficient. Special mention to room number 202 for its breathtaking view. The transport provided by Mr. Rohit and Rakesh for sightseeing was excellent, from pick up to drop off. I also found the hotel manager, Pratap, to be very cooperative.
While the rate was on the higher side, the facilities provided were lacking. When I asked for water, I was told that they would only provide one jug per day, not enough for two people.

The Alpine Villa in McLeod Ganj was an amazing stay! The location was breathtaking, with a stunning view of the Dhauladhar range from our balcony. The vintage look of the rooms, with wooden panels in the ceiling, added a charming touch. The bed was comfortable with four poster beds and curtains, and the room was clean with fresh laundry and bed sheets/pillows. The staff were polite and supportive, and the owner of the property was especially helpful. They even assisted us in arranging local transportation for sightseeing. The food was delicious, with customized options for our family. a highly recommended experience!
